Terms And Conditions

Goods once sold cannot be taken back without company’s prior approval.
Price includes GST/ Sales Tax/ Vat and other taxes. If any at the applicable rates
The purchase prices do not include installation and commissioning costs.
Orders can only be confirmed and dispatched only after the seller has received full payment.
If payment is not received within the stipulated time, the order may be cancelled.
The company reserves the right to execute the orders in whole or in part.
Shipments are sent at the risk of the customer. The company's obligation ends, after shipments are delivered.
The Seller charges a fee for packaging and shipping within and outside India. Additional transport costs will be charged for express deliveries.
The agreement cannot be terminated or cancelled by the buyer without the seller's consent.
Insurance can be arranged on the request at the cost of dealer.
Insurance or other claims won't be taken into consideration unless the transporter or an insurance surveyor's report provides a certificate of short delivery or damage.
No claims shall be made against the Seller for damages resulting from incorrect or improper use of the goods by the Buyer.
Dealers are not allowed to sell their products for more than MRP.
The goods produced by SVT are genuine aftermarket spare parts, and we also adhere to any external specifications.
